Does this security camera work with 5GHz WiFi?
Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5GHz. Most dual-band routers can broadcast 2.4GHz separately. Please connect your phone to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi during setup. Keep the camera within good Wi-Fi coverage for stable live-view and motion alerts
Why my camera keeps going offline / disconnecting?
Frequent disconnection is mostly caused by weak Wi-Fi signal. Try moving the camera closer to your router, avoid thick walls or metal barriers. Confirm you are using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. You can reboot your router or reset the camera to re-pair.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Battery life depends largely on motion trigger frequency. With moderate daily triggers, the upgraded battery delivers long standby time. Heavy triggers will drain power faster. App will send low-battery reminders for timely charging
Does this camera reduce false motion alerts from trees or wind?
It features smart motion detection with adjustable sensitivity. You can set medium/low sensitivity in App settings to minimize false triggers. It cannot achieve zero false alerts completely, sensitivity tuning helps improve performance
Do I have to pay monthly cloud subscription to record videos?
Support local Micro-SD card recording(SD card Not included); cloud storage available with paid subscription.
