Overall Review: Already had 2 sticks, saw these on sale and decided to upgrade up to 32 GB. Paired with a SSD, I get about 3 second boot times, and my video editing renders lightning fast!

Pros: Installed easily and instantly recognized. OC'ing with XMP or manually is a piece of cake! Manually I hit 3000 mhz with no problems. I used VMWare to run 2 versions of Linux in addition to the primary Win 8.1 just to utilize more RAM and still no problems. The virtualized OS's run seamlessly as if they were the resident OS and then we added several games into the mix and still no problems. Great RAM!

Cons: I do wish multiple XMP profiles were available but manual OC'ing is pretty easy with ASUS BIOS GUI.

Pros: Runs at 2400 using 10-13-13-24 without issue

Pros: Got it at a good price, ram has finally dropped in price, took years to go back down and now that it has I'll buy some more. faster than my old 1600mhz stuff. Got it running at 2400mhz with the TridentX timings (see other)

Overall Review: At first I couldn't get this ram to post on my system unless I ran 2133mhz or less. kept resetting my overclock settings. I would go back into the bios and reload my OC and what made this ram work at rated speed was enabeling xmp AND changing all my manual timings to auto. After booting into windows I checked CPUZ, was running at 2400mhz. Went back into the bios and manually entered the TridentX timings of 10-12-12-31 and again it booted fine and have been running it ever since with no issues. I still don't understand why it wouldn't work at first but I don't care, its working now. I always go with G.skill, have used them since I started building PC's. This is my 4th personal rig and G.skill continues to impress. I still use some 1 gig sticks in my very first pc build (DDR2 800mhz I think lol)

Pros: Cheapest fastest ram out there. Reliable, G-SKILL makes great ram. I have it running at advertised speeds (see below) without an issues. My last G-SKILL ram lasted 6 years with only one stick just now having slight issues.

Cons: XMP profile did not load correctly. My Asus board auto loaded the profile and even after I manually loaded the profile it still ran at 1600.

Overall Review: However I was able to get the 2400 speeds by forcing the correct voltage (1.65v) and forcing the 2400 in the bios. Once those two things were forced then the ram ran fine. Its actually running 9-9-9-24 so thats even better!

Pros: Lower profile, I have a Cooler Master after market CPU fan and it's big and it sits right close to the memory slots, these fit just underneath it, any taller and they wouldn't fit - Fast, BIOS found them quick and installed as expected, bumped the voltage a little and overclocked them 200Mhz without issue on first attempt.

Cons: No cons, I'm very satisfied with the memory

Overall Review: My MB Asrock Z97 Extreme6 will handle up to 32Gigs of memory, personally I've never seen my memory usage go over 6-7Gigs at any time and I do lots of heavy gaming and video processing, so I'm good with the 16Gig package.

Pros: Excellent speed. Overclocked my CPU and now I get better speed! With 16GB 2400MHZ, no need to say that it's a 7.9 out of 7.9 on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit / SP1. Couldn't be happier!

Cons: None... my machine has not given me the BSOD at all

Overall Review: This is actually a great buy. 2400Mhz shouldn't be this cheap

Pros: G.skill Ripjaws X remains to be one of my favorite Brands for RAM. I have Used this RAM in multiple speeds and never had an Issue and they look great. My personal PC used 2400MHz RAM (OC) and I couldn't get my G.skills Z series RAM to run my dz77ga-70k / 3770K setup @ 2400MHz XMP Profile. I ended up changing them out for these months later and the XMP Profiles worked perfectly. Of course you can tweek the timings if the default XMP doesn't work to start with your specific setup. I prefer the easy way out when it comes to RAM timings.

Overall Review: Ripjaws X and Ares series kits seem to have the best XMP profiles from my experience.
