Question 1

I want to buy this to put in an ASUS Z170 WS Motherboard.
Is there any compatibility issue? The Q.V. List of this motherboard in ASUS site has it but only as 16 GB (4 x 4GB). 
Could be any problem with 32GB (4x 8GB) as this kit is ?
Please I want to be sure because of in between both is a lot of money.

I can probably help you out with that question. I bought this very same set of 32GB 3200 Trident Z RAM for my ASUS Maximus VIII Gene Motherboard back in December, it is also a Z170 motherboard. I also noticed there was a "B" at the end of the serial number, and that worried me since the only information on the ASUS website did not specify this particular model with 32GB. I'm happy to say that this RAM worked perfectly in my motherboard right away. I did have to push all four of the RAM cartridges into the sockets a little harder than I expected, but once that was accomplished, everything worked well. It's quite nice to be able to save some money by getting this version.

Question 2

Will this memory work in a MSI X99A Raider ATX w/USB 3.1, Intel GbLAN, 3x Gen3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1,1x M.2, 10x SATA 6Gb/s, 1x SATA Express motherboard that I have in a CyberPowerPC. It has a i7-5820 CPU?

I believe that it will work. However, there are some catches. I run this memory in an Asus X99A motherboard with a 5930k, and I was only able to get 3000mhz out of the memory. And this was only doable if I used a 125mhz BLCK CPU strap. A 125mhz strap is not gauranteed on every machine, and when I ran with a 100mhz strap, it was much harder to make the ram run faster. So to answer the question, yes it will work, but it may take a lot of tweaking to run optimally. I also do not know how having a 5820 will affect it as opposed to a 5930.

Is this RAM compatible with ASRock X99X Killer motherboard?

These memory are real nice and compatible with the Maximus Hero VIII board I purchased. I was able to check with Asus site and download what was compatible prior to purchasing these modules. Hope that helps.

Is this compatible with the asus x99 pro?

Yes, this will work great with an Asus X99 Pro.  Be sure to enable XMP in your UEFI to get those beautiful 3200MHz speeds.

Question 5

Is this compatible with EVGA Z370 Classified K?  Their compatibility list says 3200C16Q-32GTZR is but not this one.  The only differences I'm finding between the two is the listed one is RGB whereas this one isn't. I don't care for RGB, just price and stable overclocking.

I am not using a Z370 Classified K, but using a Z270 Classified K without any issues.  I just need to tune the BIOS to see what memory speed can run at.  I initially ran them at 2133Mhz but trying to setup better OC.  The BIOS allows setting changes for the memory speeds if you want to try OC.  Newegg item # N82E16820232482 for the RGB version.  This memory should work, who needs the RGB colors??  The timing, CAS Latency, and voltage are identical!   Use this option and save some $$.

I noticed someone made a review saying that it didn't fit well in the Asrock Z170 Gaming i7 mobo. Is there anyone else that can testify to it being fine with that motherboard? Thanks.

I don't see why two sticks wouldn't fit. But I can see the heatsinks interfering with 4 sticks. Though you probably could use different heatsinks if you wanted all 4 sticks. Is 32 gigs really mandatory?
