As long as you're looking for DDR5 memory, this will work with either platform. However Gskill makes the same RAM that has an Intel certification. The only difference is that the AMD/Intel labeled RAM is "tuned" by the manufacturer to work with the intended platform. The memory controller on either chipset will be able to handle this. Especially because it's only 6000 speed RAM. Intel's memory controller can typically handle much higher clock speeds than comparative AMD silicon (depending on the processor).
