Yes, your device requires a 204-Pin DDR3 1600 SO-DIMM and the max RAM for your device is 16 GB.  So, this should work for you.

Only one consideration, according to Lenovo's support site (which Newegg won't allow me to link to) Intel Rapid Start Technology (RST) won't function on your device if you use more than 8 GB RAM (both this RAM and your old RAM together).  If you want RST, use the new RAM by itself.  If you don't need RST, use both RAM modules together for 12 GB.

According to the manufacturer's website, yes. An E1 mobo might clock this RAM at a slower speed though. Silly of Acer not to include such information!

When upgrading ram you want to verify the max PC3 Amount 12800, is the highest for the MAC, you also want to verify the type of RAM So-Dimm and how many Pin counts which is 204 for this model. and 204 is what you need so your good to go
