I have a Dell Latitude E6500. Does anyone know if this product will work with my older laptop?

This will not work with your laptop. If you use the Newegg Memory Finder, and look up your laptop, it will show you what memory can be used with your computer. http://www.newegg.com/MemoryFinder/?Tpk=memory%20finder#nst18600e10ABD If you click on "show product info" on the top right of that screen, it will show you that the max memory supported is 4GB. So since this is 8GB, it will not work. But I recommend using the memory finder tool to find something that is compatible with your laptop for an upgrade.

This RAM should work perfectly fine in the ASUS RoG G750 JW, but understand it is only a single stick, not a matched pair. Depending on what came installed in the laptop, this may not improve anything.

My Toshiba Satellite S50-BBT2N22 Laptop with dual-channel DDR3 memory controller. It currently has 4 GB Samsung M471B5173QH0-YK0. The best way to match memory to ensure dual-channel operation is to install identical pairs of memory sticks. Can I buy two separate 8GB module F3-1600C9S-8GRSL instead of buying one 16GB (2 x 8G) F3-1600C9D-16GRSL. Will the two separate 8GB F3-1600C9S-8GRSL make identical pairs of memory sticks for 100% dual channel?

Of course they will! As long as you are buying the same models, you'll be just fine (they'll have same voltage, clock speeds, latencies and any on-board controllers).

Question is why would you need 16Gb? It will not boost your PC performance whatsoever. With a PC, you can just buy more RAM for the future upgrades - you can later swap a CPU/MB/GPU and still stay on the same memory. But your laptop does not have that expandability. 8Gb of RAM will be more than enough for any of the tasks that your laptop can handle.

Those who deal with video editing, 3D rendering or crazily demanding PC games can buy 16+ or more but they also have very different PC/Laptop configurations with more powerful CPUs and dedicated video cards.

I have 9 years of custom PC building and OC experience and if I were you, I would just add an extra 4Gb of your Samsung memory (it's a bit slower since it's CL 11 rather than 9, but otherwise it's still a decent DDR3 1600)

Will this work in a brand new Macbook Pro 13in non retina? Is it an easy install?

Not sure exactly if it will be compatible with your mac book, but i replaced my ram in my mac book about 2 years ago and it was pretty simple. You may be able to find a video online showing you how to do it if you search google and specify the model mac book you have. Thats what i did but i dont remember the site that i used but it was very helpful

I don't think so.  Was your laptop manufactured in the last year? If you're Acer KAV10 is a netbook, I believe you need:

200PIN SO-DIMM
PC2-5300 (DDR2-667)

You'd have to provide a model # or more specific information for a more firm answer.

To all "will this fit / work" questions: To make sure components are inter-operable there are DDR memory specifications that detail voltage, speed, number of PINs on the SO-DIMM, etc. This means that ANY module matching these specifications SHOULD fit and work in your laptop, regardless of brand. For example, my Dell Alienware laptop takes DDR-3 204-PIN SO-DIMMs up to 1600 (DDR3 1600 is another way of saying PC3 12800--I know, confusing). This means that you should research your laptop online and determine the type of memory you need. As long as you buy memory that matches that specification (i.e., "DDR3 1600" or "DDR2 667") you should be fine. One another note: as long as you buy the correct DDR version (DDR2, DDR3) for your laptop, you can buy a FASTER module (1600 vs 1333, etc.) and it will still work, but it will slow down to your laptop's maximum speed (in this case, 1333). The only thing to really be certain of is that you're buying a LAPTOP memory module ("SO-DIMM"), as they are different (smaller) from that of desktops. Good luck!

I have a Dell M4600 w/ 8GB already.  Is this compatible to add to it?

According to the system specs it should be. I always use the Crucial website for evaluating ram and have found them very reliable. However, it really really really should match the specs of your current ram. Such that, they should have the same voltage, timings, capacity, etc. If they don't match I would recommend against it as most mobo's don't handle mismatched ram very well. If you are flat out replacing the RAM you'll be in good shape, but if you're going to have one old and one new they should be matched up.

Hey I have an Alienware M17x and i really want to get to !6 gb of RAM can this work and operate efficiently with my claptrap of a laptop running on 4GBs?

It is recommended that you install memory in pairs. This means if you have 4GB of RAM at the moment, you should first find out what configuration this is in.

Is it a single sodimm with 4GB or 2 sodimms with 2GB each? Once you know this, your options depend on your budget.

Do you want 8GB total? If so, Then you can buy a single 4GB sodimm if your current configuration is on a single slot at the moment. If Dell screwed you over and has 2x 2GB (jerks) you should buy 2 sodimms of 4GB each. 
If you want 16GB, then you buy 2 8GB.

If gaming is your goal, 8GB is more then adequate.

2 like dimms will take advantage of dual channel memory.

Is this compatible with my HP Pavillion Entertainment PC dm3 1130us?

There's no reason this memory won't work in that computer.  However, the maximum memory that computer supports is 8 GB.  This means you can ONLY install one of these, and that means you'll only be using a single memory channel.  Instead, if you get a kit that contains two 4GB DDR3 SO-DIMMs you'll have the maximum memory supported by your computer and you'll be using both of the memory channels.
