Question 1

Just bought this RAM for my iMac and it does not seem to work. As far as i can tell all the specifications match. 204 pin SO-DIMM 2- 4GB.

Could it just be faulty from the factory?  My IMAC is a 24" early 2009 model.

Could be the fact they are low voltage DDR3L, which are dimms that run at 1.35 volts. I don't know if they are backwards compatible with the previous DDR3 modules, and I have heard cases that people needed to update their BIOS to a current version to run them.  Being a 6 yr old computer, it is doubtful they are compatible, but you'd get a better response to that by posting in the Apple forums. They are better versed at whether there are any workarounds for this problem you are having.

Question 2

Any noticeable difference between the 2133 version and the 1866 version? I'm looking to upgrade my T430 Thinkpad

If your system will run this at 2133MHz then yeah, it's worth getting in my opinion.  Myself I once purchased this kit for my Alienware 13, to upgrade from the stock 1600MHz DDR3L RAM.  The 13 has a locked BIOS (thanks, Dell) so no in-depth adjustments like manual RAM speed/timing configuration were available.  The system would not POST with this RAM installed and I had no ability to manually kick it down to 1866MHz via BIOS so I had to return this kit and purchase an actual true 1866MHz kit instead - which worked great, btw, and was itself a big improvement over the factory crap RAM Dell had installed.  Remember also, the Alienware 13 is a pretty different platform versus ThinkPad T430 (i7 5500u vs. i5 3xxxm and a very different BIOS) so I wouldn't take my experience to mean that it necessarily will or won't work for you.  If it does work, however, it's worth it.  I think so anyway.

Question 3

According to GSkill's offical website shows, this F3-2133C11D-8GRSL laptop memory was BLACK PCB designed. But the picture in Newegg shows in GREEN PCB. Pls confirm the exact color of the PCB in current Newegg inventory?

It's a green pcb when I ordered it and it doesn't have a metal heat sink on the chips either. It's just a label/sticker.

Question 4

Will this be compatible in an X79 board which supports quad channel ram?

Assuming it is a desktop that would be correct. If it is a laptop X79 board, then it uses SO-DIMM. The Clevo P570WM laptop uses an X79 board and a desktop CPU.
