Yup. I bought this for my Asus M4N82 Deluxe MoBo (AMD 6 core CPU) to take it to 16GB from 8GB. I tried the cheap "AMD only" Samsung RAM off "ePay". Bad idea. I already had 8GB of GSKill RAM that never gave me any trouble. I now have 16GB of GSkill RAM in system and it's reliable!

I have a 780I motherboard current using DDR2-800 (2 x 2GB) of ram and I want to increase to 8GB. Should I get another (2 x 2GB) or this G.SKILL (2 x 4GB)? Will there be difference in timing and performing issues using (4 x 2GB) vs (2 x 4GB) of ram?
