Why do the photos show timings of CAS16-18-18-38 but the specs say CAS18?   Is newegg using the incorrect photo or will this memory hit CAS16?   Otherwise, I'd rather purchase the 3000MT/S @ CAS16 since its a bit faster (10.67ns vs 11.25ns).  Anyone who purchased this recently know if the photo is correct and does it run at 3200MT/S CAS16-18-18-38?
