G.skills QVL for F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX shows it is comparable. You wont find the same information on MSI site for the MOBO but they probably just haven't tested it.

Is this compatible with intel?

It is.  However, the X at the end of the model number indicates that it's optimized for AMD.  Intel is much less picky about RAM though, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

this item is compatible with asus aura sync?

yes it was and memory lit up fine. However Asus Aura software is real flaky having issues with it recently recognize rog maximus x mb in application. but memory is fine.

Question 3

Is 3200MHz what this memory should be running at (or near) out of the box? I hadn't bothered to check when I first installed but recently I noticed the RAM was running at 2100. I looked up a video on how to get its max performance & tried what the video explained but somehow now its slower than before.

Make sure to put the RAM into the suggested slots for your motherboard and if those are still slow try the opposite slots (My ASUS motherboard suggested channels 1&3 but to get 3200 I had to use channels 2&4). Also make sure that if you're pairing this RAM with another that they are the same speed otherwise your computer will throttle both to the slowest RAM.

Im still confused about the (For AMD) part. Its working on my Intel system but would I be better off returning it and getting one that is not for AMD? Is the (For AMD) just a marketing thing?

The "For AMD" part has nothing to do with it being just for AMD systems. When Ryzen first was release, it was very buggy and had a lot of issues with memory support. The "For AMD" notation is to tell system builders that this memory has been tested with and is Ryzen compatible.

I Have this on my Asus ROG STRIX X370-F Gaming and with the Ai Overclock Tuner set to default it was immediately recognized as 3200mhz 16-18-18-38.  My package has a Ryzen Compatible sticker on it.

Using this memory in my B450 Carbon Pro, however, is taking a long time to post.  Maybe need to fine tune a bios setting  Any suggestions?

I would recommend checking Bios to see if you have ANY Test configurations running before your Moab Post's. Also check the Frequency your ram is running at, also Check your HD,SSD,M.2's setting to see if they're at proper settings as well. If your running RAID modes your load times should be quicker then most standard load times as well. I'm running an Intel 8086k (6)core@5.0mhz,32Gig's of G.skill TridentZ,Asus 390 Blk Ops Edition Moab, Vertex (2) SSD's in Raid 0, WD Black (2)500Gigs in Raid 0, Thermaltake 850 PWRSupplyRGB,Liquid Cooler360 Orcus Rajintek for CPU. And I post slow as well for Test to run pre windows loading. GL HF <o Salute !
