Anyone using on a x299 chip set motherboard? Spec's mention for x99 chip set, but G.Skill site shows approved for Gigabyte x299 Designare ex motherboard which I'm getting for this build.

The product specifications mention that the G.SKILL TridentZ Series memory is recommended for use with the Intel X299 platform.
