Can these be use for gaming(not hardcore)?

No reason you cannot do so. I play a lot of games on my rig and the 4 x 4gb sticks I have of these work just fine. No known issues that I've seen

Specifications say: "Compatible with Intel LGA1155/LGA1156", what about 1150 and if not, how come?

I think you need to look at the motherboard specs in the manual. If you don't have one you need to do some research to get one or just Google it.

If your Striker requires 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) , then it should work.
