This product is desktop memory. I did a quick search and saw that the B570 is a laptop. You will have to find an SODIMM memory product that is compatible with your motherboard. Search the Lenovo webpage for your 570 and a "Memory Compatibility List" for products that should work on your device--good luck.

This ram work on Asus P5G41C-MLX motherboard or not?

I don't have this board, but according to the ASUS website, it supports DDR3-1333*, so it should work provided you are using a CPU with a 1333MHz or higher front side bus speed:

should be fine. if you plan to install one in addition to your current two, make sure the new one has the same frequency.

Have had one stick of this memory installed in an ASUS m4a785td-v evo motherboard since 9/2013 and have not experienced any problems.

The RAM is new and the package I bought came quickly and worked reliably.  I'm not sure about the size match - if you want to double check, the website crucial dot com has a very easy to use RAM matching tool.  One mistake I made is I purchased too much RAM (went from 4 sticks at 2 GB each to 4 sticks at 4 GB each) thinking it would increase my computer's performance, but instead it was too much for the processing capacity, so I had to scale back to the original RAM sizes.  The sticks were easy to install and worked perfectly on the first try.

This ram chip is a DDR3 as long as the mother board supports DDR3 then yes it will work.  however if the motherboard supports DDR2 DDR or any other then no it will not work.  Look under the specifications for your motherboard for details
