Pros: Performance per dollar is just unbeatable. Better than a GTX 550 Ti for lot less cash. Power-effecient and cool, great for SLI

Cons: Rebate process is a bit laborious. (Though it did arrive in about a months time) Does not dispense bacon.

Overall Review: It's only negligibly slower than the 1GB version while being much cheaper. I'm going to pick up another for SLI. Rebate applies to two cards per person, props to Galaxy for that. Some reviews say this card is loud... That has not been my experience. Maybe it depends on how effective your ventilation is? I'm not sure, but I haven't had a problem with noise. It's much quieter than the BFG GTS 250 it replaced.

Pros: -$80 with the rebate? Seriously ridiculously low price. -Overclock monster -Still runs cool -768mb isn't as big of a handicap as some may say

Cons: -Fan is Hoover vacuum loud at 100% -Other vendor's gtx 460's may overclock a little higher (I'm reaching for cons here)?

Overall Review: Running with an Athlon II X4 @ 3.7ghz (another overclock monster). After much tinkering and testing, my card is BF3 stable at 850mhz core and 2200mhz memory. Running all settings high (except textures sadly had to be set to medium because of some lagging) with MSAA off and I get average frame rates in the around 60 in multi-player per FRAPS. The o/c equated to a 18.3% improvement in 3DMark Vantage or anywhere from 17-19% frame rate improvement within the benchmark.

Pros: Excellent card and price. Performs amazingly in SLI. Overclocks easily and is stable. Cool card. No problems after 2 months of 24/7 folding usage. CC/SC/M-911/1822/2001.

Cons: Louder fan but usually quiet if just left on auto. Not really a con but I did forget to mail in the rebate forms so I lost out on $80($40 for each card) :(. But I do wonder if I would have gotten them back at all from others mentioning they haven't received their rebates after 4-6 weeks?

Overall Review: Purchased 2 of these back in January and they have been folding 24/7 ever since. If you fold then this card will net you around 12-13k PPD. I achieved 16k+ PPD on the 9** work unites. I'll be buying 2 more GTX 460s and from Galaxy. Definitely recommend this card, especially if you fold or game if you do SLI.

Pros: Stock idle around 38C. Overclock idle around 42C @ 865 Core Clock, 1730 Shader, and 2325 Memory Clock - I feel like there's more room to push if I tweaked it some more. SMALL- this card is over 1" shorter that my 8800gt akimbo. I've got about 3" of clearance lengthwise in the case and I've got it sitting next to an akimbo cooler on the 8800 which takes up 2 slots+ some.

Cons: Fan is a buzz at stock idle (25-30ish), and just gets louder and louder - to put into perspective, louder than stock rosewill 120mm fans rated around 35 dbs.

Overall Review: I didn't dock any eggs off for the noise, because if I wanted a quieter setup I'd get scythe fans for my case... The OC room this card has would make any enthusiast, with a mid range cash flow, happy. Pros: Great card. Upgraded from HD 3850, doubled my performance. Overclocks well, 990 mhz on the core with max voltage allowed by BIOS. Fan speed can goto 100% (Other brand 460's locked at 75% without BIOS mod) Good temps. Never over 80 C with voltage turned up and 50% fan speed after playing Crysis for 2 hours.

Cons: The fan is LOUD at anything above 45%. But that isn't a problem for me. I don't like nvidia's control panel vs ATi's, but thats a personal problem I guess lol. DX 11 is a gimmick for now, I have most DX 11 games and you can hardly notice a difference even when you're trying your hardest to see it. Not many games take advantage of PhsyX, Mirrors Edge was very nice with it on though.

Pros: Galaxy has 10+ years in video cards. The cards are built rock solid. Soldered well; no cheap plastic. Both came packaged well enough for baggage handlers! Detachable fans! True HDTV Nvidia Blu-Ray 3D Tru HD & DTS-HD only Video Carddis the GTX 460 currently. Free game coupons.

Overall Review: I can run COD black ops, and Bad company 2 both full graphics on a 1080p monitor at 60fps capped (AMD phenom II 955, 1600Mhz G. Skill ram)

Pros: It has never been above 71ºc and I can typically play Bad Company 2 without breaching 65º--that is extremely impressive for such a quiet fan. My previous card was a 4850 which IDLED at 85º. The difference this makes for the cooling of all the components in my case is amazing (except the stupid Northbridge.) I think this is the best just-below-mainstream card since the Ti4200.

Cons: Definitely takes a performance hit with the extras turned on; in Bad Company 2 with my setup it will drop 20-25% of the framerate going from 1xAA to 8x. With full settings (32xAA and HBAO) it loses much more, from 90-120fps down to 45-70fps . Still playable but it depends on the amount of action on screen--particles from explosions/dirt flying kill it more than anything else. But in multiplayer my concern is smooth framerate, no smooth edges, so this hit isn't a big deal at all to me.
