does it come with the fan?

yes, comes with 1 black 120mm fan in the rear

Ok so i bought this but how do I get the front IO rgb lighting to light up i have the connectors in the VDG isnt since my mb doesnt support it but im confused on why this wont work ?

check to you see if you have the SATA connect to the front IO rgb lights, this gives it power.

I see there are some problems with fan connector compatibility. Do the fans only have 3 pin or also molex?
