I’ve never seen one in person and wondering how the performance is on the dual mode monitors. Do you have to change settings again and again everytime you change from 480 fps to 240 fps and vice versa?
It looks like this monitor supports:
- FHD 1080p at 480Hz
- 4K (3840x2160) at 240Hz
You’d have to change resolutions each time you changed refresh rates, so yes. If you’re a competitive eSports gamer who needs 480Hz, then you won’t mind taking a moment to ensure that 1080p 480Hz is set up prior to jumping into a match. Just ensure that skill issue isn’t the bottleneck before dropping over $1000 on a monitor.
