Hello! We are ArsenalPC, the premiere boutique PC builder selling custom-built, made-to-order gaming battlestations which we primarily sell through Newegg.com.

We offer a variety of pre-tested PC build combinations where you get to choose many of the specs: CPU, RAM, storage, GPU, and case. Our system is set up to automatically choose a power supply, motherboard, and CPU cooler that will meet or exceed the needs of those components.
Virtually all of the components we use are name-brand, retail products. One of our specialties is themed PC builds; for example, choose an MSI gaming PC case, and your build will feature a matching MSI-branded motherboard and cooler. We also use a matching brand GPU as long as we have it in stock (although with the current market… that’s only possible some of the time!)

Every combination of major components which we offer for sale on Newegg (CPU, GPU, motherboard, and power supply) is stress tested in advance to verify stability, performance, temperatures, and power draw both under full-load and idle conditions. We are a fully CEC compliant testing lab with MAEDbS certified testing equipment! This means our PCs are verified to have lower power draw under idle conditions, so you never have to worry about a high power bill just because you left your PC idling at the desktop while you went to work for the day.

Some perks of buying from ArsenalPC include:
- Each PC is hand-assembled by expert technicians here in our own facility in Ohio - no outsourcing!
- Every individual order is stress-tested for stability and temperature validation prior to shipment
- Our builds feature all brand-new retail-boxed components almost all of the time (although we occasionally have to source non-core components as brown-box items depending upon availability)
- Our technical support is all handled by Doug, our in-house expert with over two decades of experience, born and raised here in Ohio - and his work cell number is on the Quick Start guide for every PC sold. When Doug is out of the office during business hours and on Saturdays, one of the actual owners of ArsenalPC will answer! No waiting on hold with a giant phone tree at a mega corporation just to ask a question.
- Free inbound shipping for life on all diagnostics and repairs, both in and out of warranty, as long as customers keep all of their original packaging! Free return shipping is included on in-warranty repairs as well.
- Every individual PC is hand-packaged for safe delivery using: GPU support brackets, Instapak internal expanding foam, and protective anti-static material. We also temporarily remove all packaging to check the PC still turns on before shipping, to ensure none of the foam knocked any cables or connectors out of place.
- Doug’s expert step-by-step troubleshooting guide is included in the box for every PC purchased!
We have a question for our captive audience, and please feel free to comment below with your thoughts:
In order to keep our pricing competitive, we have chosen to use brand-new retail motherboards from a higher tier within the product stack, but usually with B-series chipsets. As an example, most of our motherboards for Socket AM5 builds for an ASUS themed system will use a TUF or Republic of Gamers motherboard with a B850/B650 chipset. We think this strikes a good balance where the customer receives a brand-new, retail motherboard which will likely carry warranty from its own manufacturer well past our default 1-year warranty period, featuring higher-tier VRMs for CPU power delivery, and usually higher-end features like more USB 10Gbps/20Gbps ports and higher-tier WiFi and Bluetooth. Usually, to get the AMD X-series or Intel Z-series motherboards with the same feature set costs $100-200 more, which is a price increase we’d have to pass along to the customer (and we don’t want to do that in this market!) Alternatively, we could commission X- or Z-series boards as OEM/SI products direct from the manufacturer, but those would carry no warranty outside ArsenalPC.
Which would you rather have:
- Flagship-tier board (Asus TUF/ROG, MSI Tomahawk, Gigabyte Aorus) with a B-series chipset and the most competitive price possible
- Midrange board (Asus Prime, MSI Gaming, Gigabyte Eagle) with an X/Z series chipset and the most competitive price possible
- Flagship-tier board (Asus TUF/ROG, MSI Tomahawk, Gigabyte Aorus) with an X/Z series chipset at a $100-200 upcharge
Note that we can only offer a certain number of hardware combinations due to limitations that are outside our control, so offering the choice between several motherboards within the same PC is not possible with the current website design here on Newegg. We’d love to offer customers the choice between 3-4 different motherboard options within the same PC!
Please comment below with your choice and why! And if you have any other Q&A, Doug himself will be regularly monitoring this thread and answering any technical questions from the Newegg Gamer Community.
