Is a ryzen 5600 and a rx 6600 going to run 240 fps on all low settings in Fortnite?

So it’ll average around 240 hz it looks like. i know in fortnite that when you load in a new section of the map, it slows your computer down really hard while it loads for like 1-3 seconds
