The RTX 5060 and 5060Ti might be part of the “midrange” lineup, but their prices clearly didn’t get that memo. Although the secondhand market tends to beat the newer cards in price-to-performance, NVIDIA’s 50 series cards have been busy pushing boundaries and emptying wallets.
They still manage to offer impressive 1080p performance that makes them hard to ignore. Yes, the pricing might make your credit card whimper slightly, but if you’re building a no-compromise 1080p rig with a graphics card from this year, these cards are like the cool kids at the GPU party just a little too proud of their outfit.
Overpriced? Sure. But still a decent bang for your buck to consider if you can stomach the entry fee and want to get a card that lands on the more new/recent side.
What are your thoughts on the 50 series thus far? Do you see any value in the 5060 and 5060Ti? What price do you think makes these cards a good value?
