I’d wager around 6GB is good for browsing but for gaming phones, probably aim around 8+GB or more if possible. RAM does make a different for sure in swapping between tasks and making the phone feel responsive. The rise of internet safety protections and protocols raise the bar for minimum requirements every few years.

I had no idea gaming phones even existed! Maybe 8+? Like @SaintTyr said?
