Take a look at theese. The CPU is on the lower end but it is on the latest platform so that makes it highly upgradeable in the future. The 16gb 9060xt is a plus. moving forward tou want 16gb of VRAM. 32GB of ram is nice.
This one is in the middle of your budget and gets you a 78003dx CPU
This is at the upper end of your range, but would be killer!
