I never do pre-orders anymore. Usually wait a couple weeks and make sure all the bugs are worked out and see what other people think of the game.

I would not pre-order or buy this game at any price other than $20 or below… Borderlands games always go on sale for like $5 dollars for the game + DLC. Or they just give it away…
I will guarantee that they do this… they did it with BL1… 2… 3… the presequel. All have been highly discounted or straight free.
