GE Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Dimmer (12724)

Replace a traditional dimmer switch with the GE Z-Wave Dimmer Wall Switch to add Z-Wave On/Off/Dim control to any wired light fixture up to 600W. This dimmer is compatible with incandescent, CFL, LED, fluorescent, halogen and xenon lights. Once connected to the light, the dimmer can be used to dim/brighten the light and turn it on/off locally or with a Z-Wave remote (sold separately).

The Z-Wave Dimmer Wall Switch supports single-pole or multi-pole applications, and works in conjunction with up to three aux/remote switches (sold separately). This switch can also be included in multiple scenes/zones.

The switch uses screw terminal installation and requires wiring connections for Line (Hot), Load, Neutral and Ground. A traveler wire is required for multi-pole applications. The single-gang switch mounts in an electrical box and uses a standard-size wallplate.

Wallplate not included. Not rated for outdoor use. Not compatible with fluorescent, xenon, or halogen lights. Does not support motor loads.
