Do you have to pay to add these strip lights to the "C by GE" Ap? After downloading the Ap, it will not let you add any lights, without a payment billed to iTunes account... Is this correct? There is no simple On/Off/Dim feature on the strip or Ap that does not require payment? Please respond promptly, as I may need to return if that is the case. Additional payment for service/use was not described in Newegg listing.

Accepted Answer

The app did not ask me for any payment information. The Apple Store does require a payment method on file, but that's applicable to any app, not just the GE app.
