Why doesn't the advertisement include thermal conductivity, as well as other, specifications?  What is the thermal conductivity of this stuff?

I'd love to answer this but I'm just not sure. I can tell u it is a good product. I bought it for my liquid cooler for performance reasons thinking it would out cool some of the competition. Truth is the high price tag is simply about volume.unless u plan on repasting frequently there are plenty of cheaper options

Can use on a video card and 6870?

This can be used in any situation where a thermal paste is acceptable. It can not be used in those applications where an extra thick thermal pad is used.

In your case, it would work for HSF to GPU, but memory chips, etc doubtful.
