How many devices can play simultaneously? What if there are 20 advertising players?

At a bitrate of 2M, around 6 devices can be supported. For 20 advertising players, a 20-channel hardware streamer is required.

There is video but no audio during streaming. Does it require separate configuration?

In advanced settings, set the audio source to come from the video source.

Does the output support B-frames?

B-frames are not supported.

Both CBR and VBR bitrate modes are adjustable.
