Question 1

Does this MB have 2 x M.2 slots? The specs say 2 (1 x CPU, 1 x Chipset), but I can only see one in the photos. Stacked maybe?

Yes, it does have two M.2 slots.  One of them comes covered with a heatsink that you can apply to your storage drive.  The other M.2 slot is simply open to the environment.

Is this motherboard suitable for productivity workstations?

Yes, no, maybe?  Cant really give much detail or direction when the only piece of information provided in your question is an excessively vague category that by itself means almost nothing.
We have zero idea of your computing needs, feature needs, software, etc ... nor any clue if it supports or is ideal for the hardware you didn't mention at all.

What I can say beyond regurgitating the tech specs:
The one I got shipped with a BIOS new enough to support 14th gen socket LGA1700 CPUs.  Its not a Z series board so while all K overclocking CPUs will work in it, it doesn't give you overclock settings.  It has VT-D if you want to run VMs for whatever your "productivity" is.
One thing I found out the hard way, its very picky about storage.  If you want to use older m.2 drives (especially SATA ones) then check the compatibility sheet first (it did not support a crucial MX500 m.2 SSD i had)

It's a good mid-tier board so if it supports your hardware (and if your unknown hardware supports your unknown needs), and if you don't need built-in Wi-Fi or more pci-e or m.2 slots beyond what the board has, then it probably likely will be adequate.

Can I use a 14th gen intel cpu in this?

The past 30+ units of this motherboard I have used have worked with 14th Gen CPUs out of the box.  You should at least get a POST so you can access the computer without needing to install an older CPU just to perform the BIOS upgrade.  IMPORTANT: Make sure you upgrade the BIOS to the latest revision to fix the Intel bug that's been plaguing their 13th and 14th Gen chips for months.

I can only see two of the sata ports. Does this have 4 sata ports?

Does this MB support win 11 out of the box?

Yes.  Absolutely any board designed for 12th gen or newer cpu's will have all the features required for Windows 11 (new enough cpu, secure boot, and tpm/intel ptt.

Any Micro ATX Power Supply (PSU)  suggestions using an Intel Core i5-12600K CPU w/integrated internal graphics processing (GPU)?

Unfortunately no one makes good quality low wattage PSUs anymore for any reasonable price.  If you can find an EVGA 450BR still I would go with that, otherwise an EVGA 400 N1 should be fine for a 12600k and no dedicated GPU

If is MATX, mini ATX, if it's smaller like micro atx no. These are standards. Your case MUST be MATX standard.
