Question 1

Need some recommendations on case, power, drive (8G is plenty) etc to companion this board. The application is Centos running asterisk PBX. 
As an aside to you have a service that assembles the unit and ships it fully assembled?

I used the following: M350-enclosure-with-picoPSU-80-and-60W-adapter from mini-box dot com (can't give link because newegg forbids it, but it really is an excellent case for the price) The only downside is the 4 pin adapter doesn't reach on the board so I extended it by cutting the wires and soldering in a extension, you could just have easily used this though: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812198024&Tpk=4pin%20atx%20extension. I used a small 32Gb Sandisk SSD and 2 1gb sticks of memory (it is a pfsense box for me). It stays amazingly cool and the fan runs slow enough that it is near silent. I've really liked the board.

Thanks to all those that answered my earlier question, much appreciated. I have a follow up, has anyone used the network interfaces to support VLANs?

I have, I currently use a system called PF Sense. It is an opensource free software that can be installed as a stand alone software for on any PC that's soul use is as a firewall type system. The software can be tedious to initialize, however once it working, you can have a virutal lan setup for your network, and give it any rage you want. You will need at minimum two Ethernet cards one for incoming (ISP) and one for outgoing (vlan, your network).

Has anyone tested this board with low voltage ddr3 modules? (1.35v or less)

If so which ones did you use and was it worth it over the cheaper 1.5v modules?

Think I used some mushkin modules. The savings is minimal however these modules are voltage compatible with Skylake and Kaby Lake boards with DDR3L recomended which may mean the modules could be reused in the future. The low voltage recomendation is from intel and while they make Skylake compatible boards that fit regular DDR3 the increased voltage may damage your cpu over the long term. (Google it)
