Virtually any power supply will provide enough power for the motherboard by itself.  What you want to do is calculate the max combined wattage of the processor, RAM, graphics card, hard drives, optical drives, any other add-in cards, and fans.  A typical low power machine with a dual core CPU, a single HDD or SSD, DVDRW, integrated graphics and a single exhaust fan can get by on 350 watts with a little room to spare.  Use an online power supply calculator to get a better idea of what you need based on the parts you intend to install.

What is the highest graphics card this motherboard would accept?

You aren't asking the right kinds of questions here. Technically this board would support a new, large and powerful card. However, what concerns you long before you get there is whether your PSU can handle one, and whether the quality and balance of the rest of your system is on par. If it's not, you will just bottleneck and be frustrated that your expensive GPU doesn't perform smoothly.

Try to pick a better MB for a balanced gaming system. Gigabyte is fine but this is a $55 board... I used this board in a bottom-dollar lab server build. The last places you want to cut costs are your motherboard, RAM and PSU.

Building my own mini computer and already have the following: 2x4GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Pentium Processor (G2120-LGA1155), and a sapphire HD 7750 graphics card. 
1. Are all the above compatible with this motherboard?
3. Is this the best motherboard if I am considering another graphics card since it is crossfire capable?

Accepted Answer

This is a very low end, mediocre board that will go well with the rest of your parts. It is a reliable brand and should work out of the box. If you have any problems with it, you can depend on Gigabyte to back up their hardware warranty. 
As for Crossfire, I don't believe any H61 boards such as this one support it. I think H77 would be the lowest end to have the feature, but most of the time you only find it fully supported on the high end Z77 boards.
This is a great value board for the price but it might not be what you need when you plan to upgrade. AMD may have some stuff around the same price, but Intel is likely going to run you another $40.
