Is it compatible with nvidia 750 ti???

yes, but I didn't use mine after checking performance against Intel CPU on board graphics on newest I5. Intel a little faster, and no power supply issue. Only reason to use it is for additional outputs (dvi, hdmi,etc)

Will you have to update the BIOS for Haswell refresh CPU's? I plan on using this board with the i3 4160

I had no issues with board I received, I used an Core i3-4130 Haswell Dual-Core 3.4GHz LGA 1150 54W. everything installed as it should. I did check for all of the boards updates after the install and updated as necessary.

Is this board capable of OC G3258?

This motherboard was but a recent Intel update to Windows prevented this motherboard from booting to Windows for me. You can work around the issue but the state of overocking is likely not good going forward due to intel updates that come with windows. This happened in both Windows 10 and 7.
