Pros: Lots of features for the price.
Cons: BIOS documentation in the manual was not up to date. Here's the scoop: under "integrated peripherals" there is a variable called "NV SATA(x)class code", where (x) is 1 or 2. The choices for this code are 0101, or 0104, with 0101 being the default. If you want to install Win XP on a mirrored raid system, and you use the NV RAID drivers on the included system CD, then you need to change this value to 0104. Also, I am using DDR 400 memory, but the system speed defaults to 333. To change that, change "DDR clock/timing mode" to "manual", and "CPU/DDR clock ratio" to "2/2". None of these variables are mentioned in my manual. I do note on P. 7 that since I installed 2 double-sided memory sticks, I should expect the speed to drop to 333, but they didn't offer any explanation on how to increase it.
Overall Review: I needed a motherboard for an existing 754-pin CPU, and I wanted one with a PCI-E slot for a video card. I doubt that I could have found a better one at this price.
