Absolutely! You'll have to wait an absurdly long time to be able to purchase any of the newer 30 series cards! Especially with the Crypto-miners and bots bulk purchasing them out of stock in a matter of minutes! The 3060ti becomes unavailable so fast that you get the dreaded "Oops...looks like we have encountered some problem on our end." error! :D

will this run on a 600w PSU? I noticed Nvidia stated it was their recommended PSU wattage but i didn't noticed the gigabyte manufactured one recommends 650w.

I would have 650w if it is recommended by manufacturer, 600w might work if you don't OC.
