does this work with samsung tablet android ?

As long as if your device is equipped with blue tooth, you should have no problem. It works perfectly with the two devices I use it for, Alienware MX18 & ASUS Tablet.

does this item work with android systems?

I do not have a android system to test it on but I have paired it with windows 7 and 8.1 and have had no problems even at distances of over 20ft in my home theater.

Does this mouse have a scroll wheel with tactile feedback? What I mean by that is can you feel the scroll wheel "clicking" while you are scrolling? or is it one of the kind that has a completely fluid scroll wheel.

Yes it does click as you roll the wheel. Not real strong, but it definitely does.

It is kinda small. I bought one for my wife and whenever I have needed to use her computer, I found the mouse to be too small for me and therefore uncomfortable to use. Only purchase if you have small hands or are purchasing for a child.
