Does this product come with a low profile bracket?

Yes it does. We we used it with the Dell OptiPlex desktop RGB computer pc, and it installed easily and worked seamlessly. (this pc didn't have enough venting in the low profile tower, though, so we leave the side panel off and it runs much cooler)

I’m upgrading my video card to this one, what cables do I need to plug into the HDMI and Display Ports? Are the cable ends male or female? Hard to tell from the picture.

I want to squeeze this 3050 lp into an HP Elite SFF 800 G9 (I'm going to modify the drive cage so no length problem). It has the Intel i5-12500 65W and a 260W power supply. Is that enough to run this?
