Can you run roblox on high Graphics settings?

I can tell you that this card works good. I installed it in an older HP xw8400 workstation. I do not play Roblox. take the spec from Roblox and compare to the card spec and your processer/ram/operating system.

Can you run 3 monitors, one using each port, at the same time? I don't see anything very specific in the manual.

I think you should be able to, I am currently running a dual monitor setup, so I am no using the vga port. I have an ol;der computer (circa 2005), and all seems to work ok with that config under windows 10. I've debated adding a 3rd monitor and still have an unused vga port on the computer proper... but my show stopper is the limited space for the extra monitors.

I think a lot depends on your own system configuration and popower requirements

Is this really PCIe 8x?

Actually it is a PCIE version 2 x8 and it works fine in my HP Pavilion running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit w/8Gb DDR3 Ram w/I7 860 2.8GHz cpu. I have it plugged into the first slot which is a PCIE16 and it runs like a wizard. It increase my Windows Performance Score by 4 points to 72 and that's not too shabby, but I also only run SSD 3 hard drives x 3. Hope this helps.
