Roasting Pan is dishwasher safe. Please follow the below Use & Care Instructions to protect the non-stick coating and prolong the life of the pan:
- Before initial use, wash pan in warm, soapy water.
- Towel dry immediately after each washing.
- Do not soak pan, or wash pan when hot.
- Do not use pan on stove top or over an open flame. Not broiler safe.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products or steel wool on your non-stick bakeware. Do not use knives, forks, serrated blades or metal scraping/cutting tools.
- Do not heat in an oven with a temperature above the max rated temperature of: 464ºF (240ºC).
