It was really hard trying to track my order because this product came from Canada and I had no idea because the company indicated said that they were located in the US and Canada so I assumed that it was coming from the US. I probably should have done more research on the company but other than that I really love the PC that I received. I just wished that there was more tracking information after the PC had shipped, especially since I was spending a good chunk of money. Also trying to contact the company that built this PC was kind of annoying just because the phone number didn't work and I couldn't physically talk to the seller of this item; also it seemed like they didn't receive my emails. Newegg Customer Service was really understanding and I really appreciated them helping me track and also contact the seller. I hope this review helps others.

Card arrived DOA and refund process with their customer service team has been terrible. No responses or updates unless Newegg has them email me. The process has gone no where for over a month on processing my return and refund. Honestly terrible and will never purchase products from BTE in the future.

My only complaint is the seller did not provide adequate tracking. Kept checking UPS but it said label was ready but not picked up and then the package shows up. This created anxiety from not knowing if they were going to deliver or not especially after reading other comments about BTE.

Great experience despite split reviews

I recently ordered from BTE outlet, as they were one of the only sellers that had the item I wanted. I was nervous about their reviews concerning shipping. While I initially thought my item was going to come late (I paid for standard shipping), it was shipped (from Canada) overnight to make the deadline. Given this experience, I would order from this seller again.

The seller described the item as shipping from the United States but in reality they are based in Canada. As a result the shipping time was very slow. Attempts to contact the seller were met with slow response times and unhelpful responses. Do not buy from this seller!

I ordered a Seasonic psu and first it said it shipped from USA but UPS says label was created in Canada? Second been days and seller has not shipped yet. I called Newegg customer service, and the representative tried to contact the seller and straight to voicemail. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Poor customer service. Package tracking showed when it was dropped at carrier and when it was delivered. Did not have tracking for over a week as to where it was in transit. Contacted them because the shipment did not arrive by date expected, didn't reply for 3 days. Still hadn't shown up 5 days after expected delivery, filed a replacement claim, was told I "would soon receive tracking information". Never sent a replacement. Original package was found and delivered 15 days after order placed. Would not recommend ordering due to customer service.

I am a bit disappointed with the dock, contacted ASUS who told me that it was compatible with ASUS laptop, and then took another 3 attempts with horrible customer service reps to be told that it is in fact not compatible, so a full review of the product isn't really possible so now trying to decide do I return and try another dock or just deal with it

I ordered a headset that was supposed to be "shipped from the US". That was Feb. 18th. Even though the label was created immediately, the package was still not picked up five days later... and the shipper was now in Canada??? I ordered from a different vendor and cancelled order.

After ordering, I read the bad reviews on this store and decided to cancel (who needs the headache?). Although I requested canceling within two hours of the order placement they took two days to respond and then said item was ready to ship and could not cancel. Six days later the order was still in the "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet" status. Once again, I asked them to cancel the order and they agreed, and in the same email said they had issued a refund which would take 2-3 days to process. It is now 8 days after they said they issued a refund and no refund shows on my cc and the order is still open showing the same "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet" status. It definitely was a mistake for me to order through Newegg. (btw newegg forces me to answer if the item was as described, which I really cannot answer as I never got the item. Apparently this scenario wasn't a consideration when they developed the feedback setup)
