Newegg MyMarket is a program where you can leverage the Newegg Marketplace platform to sell to customers in your home country.
Can I sell to other regions besides my home country?
Yes, as part of our Newegg Global program you can sell to customers in any of our 17 countries. You can also sell to our B2B market in the United States using Newegg Business. Visit https://www.Neweggbusiness.com/sellers for more information.
Are there any fees associated with selling on Newegg?
There is no fee to join the Newegg MyMarket or Newegg Global programs. Sellers are required to pay commission on sales of product. For Newegg Global commission rates, please refer to the Commission Rate section above.
Who is eligible to sell on Newegg?
All reseller and brand businesses who are not sole proprietorships are eligible to sell on Newegg. At this time, sole proprietorships are not allowed. Please see the list of Prohibited Items here, which cannot be sold on Newegg. The Newegg Marketplace Seller Policy can be found here.
What are my shipping options?
Shipped by Seller – You can ship products directly to customers with your preferred carrier, as long as you have the ability to ship the package internationally and deliver the order to the customer within the committed delivery time promised to the customers. Orders must be shipped within 48 hours (business days only). Recognized shipping carriers are:
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- EMS/Postal
If shipping internationally, we require all packages to be trackable during transit and to be shipped with Customs Duties and Taxes prepaid (Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP), to ensure timely delivery and a better shopping experience for customers. Be sure to take this into consideration when setting up your shipping rate table.

What is a W8 form? Do I have to provide it?
A W-8 form is a United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form that foreign businesses must file to verify their country of residence for tax purposes, certifying that they qualify for a lower rate of tax withholding.

How long does the registration process take?
Normally, the registration process takes about 2 weeks. The time frame will depend on uploading documents & SKUs. Please see our process below.
After application submission:
Category Manager initial review (2 Business Days) → Seller to complete ownership & financial information (1-5 business days) → Finance team review (3 business days) → Seller to upload SKUs (1-5 business days) → Category Manager final activation (1 business day)
What do I need to do when receiving “Registration Declined, More Information Required”?
Double check if you have submitted the correct W8 form.
Double check that your business license meets the criteria. Newegg requires all business licenses to be in English. If yours is not, please translate it to English and have the translated copy notarized.
Make sure the business name on your voided check/bank reference letter matches your W8, business license and the name on your account registration.
Can I create my listings in my local language?
All content needs to be in English. Images & videos can be accepted in local language upon review.
