Does this product have free ranging voltage for overseas use (110v-220v), or only for American use (110v only)?

It comes with a DIY plug where you get to pick if it works in US or overseas. As to where overseas I don't know. The non US plug adapter is a two round prongs. The AC/DC adapter says 110 to 240.
