Is this adapter and its drivers Windows 10 compatible?

The driver that comes on the CD is Windows 7 compatible.  It does load under Windows 8/8.1 as well but it has not been updated for Windows 10 compatibility, unless they've updated their website in the last couple of months.  Though it did work (I have Windows 8), it did not work consistently. I lost connection a lot and got Event Viewer errors--now this may be connected to my motherboard cause I've been having lots of Wireless USB issues since the end of 2014.  So currently, I'm not using it.

Will this card work with a Gigabyte HT 3.0 motherboard?

Will this adaptor support WPA2-Enterprise with Protected EAP (PEAP) security on Windows 7?

I believe it will.  I wasn't using the WPA2-Enterprise security model but the -Personal and I encountered no issues with that.  Also, I was using Windows 8.1 at the time I purchased this device (on Windows 10 now)).  I found everything I'd used in Windows 7 prior to upgrade worked OK under Windows 8.x (for me).  However, this unit did not.  But I don't think it was necessarily the product, but something with the motherboard I have.  I've had issues with every Wi-Fi adapter I've used in it (ASUS M5A99X, which is supposed to be a good board).  I haven't checked since earlier this year, but at that time there had been no new driver updates from D-Link with this unit, so you may want to check on any updated drivers for the Windows OS's.

Question 4

I live in an old house with concrete walls. How well would the signal hold in conditions like that?

It may be worthwhile to look into a signal booster for your router because I don't think the antennas alone will do as well picking up the signal unless your router is near your PC.  The house I'm in is older but not concrete walls and my signal wasn't that great.  However, where I am the ISP is not the best supplier + it's DSL.
