Pros: Works well with HP DL360's and DL380's G5-G8. I have had trouble with mice being recognized with another brand of kvm switch, but this is one is flawless.

Cons: I didn't notice that it comes with 2 sets of cables. For each of the other 2 kvm ports you will need a usb printer cable and a vga cable. (The keyboard and mouse at each port is combined into a single printer cable.)

Pros: SATA controllers cannot operate SAS hard drives, but an SAS controller can operate SATA drives. This did not work to connect SAS hard drives to my SATA port. It connected, but the BIOS would not recognize the drives on 2 different computers.

I ordered the incorrect battery, IT exchanged it for the correct one. Communication was excellent.
