Pros: 3 fans, included screws and standoffs, and screwless mounts that clip on to hard drives/cd drives

Cons: cable management and mother board installation

Overall Review: good price, fits cooler master 212 Evo, 3 pin case fans that are also 4 pin molex? (they can plug into power supply)
