Corsair Hydro Series, H60 2018 (CW-9060036-WW), 120mm Radiator, Single 120mm PWM Fan, Liquid CPU Cooler LGA 1700 Compatible
Corsair Hydro Series, H60 2018 (CW-9060036-WW), 120mm Radiator, Single 120mm PWM Fan, Liquid CPU Cooler LGA 1700 Compatible

Pros: Hello, today I will be reviewing the CORSAIR H60. I would start with the fact that it’s a liquid cooling system that you don’t have to go and trim a tone of tubing and worry about leaking revivors or getting the right OD and ID fittings. It's basically a plug and play system so if you're new to liquid cooling this is the way to go. I have built several liquid cooling systems over the years and this by far is the easiest one. The 120mm fan is quiet and the socket bracket slipped right on with no fitting issues. Now I have read in some of the forums that AMD users sometimes have an issue with tight fits and the CPU bracket, I personally have not had this issue but like I said I have read about it. To me that is not a big deal, you simply keep working the bracket into place gently and it will get there. It really is a simple system and the install is very easy. Why would you want to do this over a full LCS “Liquid Cooling System”? Well, it's small and for those of you out there that like to build small micro ITX systems it's great! No tubs to cut, no fittings to seal G+R+E+A+T = Great!

Cons: I think the cooling block could be a bit larger, about 2 mm squared larger.

Overall Review: Would I get this for a small build - YES, would I get this for my first LCS - YES, would I get this for a new show unit “a PC that is full of lights and tubs to add a mystic feel to it” - NO, but overall for a fast and easy cooling system that will get you cooler than just the ambient air this is the way to go. Thank you for reading my review I hope it helps you with your decision

Great Price Point

TP-LINK TL-NC200 Wireless Surveillance Home Security Camera Motion Detection 300 Mbps Wi-Fi Expansion
TP-LINK TL-NC200 Wireless Surveillance Home Security Camera Motion Detection 300 Mbps Wi-Fi Expansion

Pros: When I got this camera I was really excited and just could not wait to set it up and test this bad boy. I was able to locate the App fairly fast . The camera does have a very crisp picture and great sound quality. The camera has a nice small foot print and a long power cable, so finding a suitable location for the camera to be installed should be easy. Over all it's a nice camera and at the price point you really can't go wrong. This camera will do both Wi-Fi and hard wire. I use this on LAN most of the time. Once you have the mobile app setup its easy to view your camera from basically anywhere.

Cons: This list is far longer than I ever thought it would be. Let's start with the fact that you need to get this camera up with a mobile app. The App itself is in gray scale on Apple and was kind of hard to see as I was entering in the data required to start the camera. I feel like TP-Link did not consider the fact that some people would like to set this camera up via a desktop and the desktop program will not work without the user name and password to the cloud account you have to create to view. If you wish to use the direct IP to connect to the camera forget it. I was unable to manage the device using the IP interface because I could not get it. The username and password was not provided in the documentation and I tried to use the username and password that I set up during the install setup but it was a no go. I had to do a firmware update right out of the box so that was just one more delay that I had to sit through. Overall the total setup from the App on my Apple to my computer was a grand total of thirty five minutes, far too long for a single camera. One last parting grip about the computer setup, I had to really go digging on the TP-Link website to locate the PC wizard to get my desktop to connect to the camera and I have to say I am rather upset still that I am unable to connect to the camera via a direct IP address.

Overall Review: For all my cons the price point really drives me to this product. $30.00 is more than a stellar price for a camera that really does work and with a little time I believe that anyone can set this camera up and use it to monitor their kids or home from any location. The mobile apps are easy to use and the viewing experience you get is of very good quality. I had to ask myself if I would recommend this camera to a friend or family member? After a great deal of thinking I would say yes with the caveat that they know it's going to take some time to setup and if they wish to use a PC to monitor the camera then they will have to follow a few steps and locate the wizard on the TP-Link website

Great PC and I love it.

ASUS - Gaming Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-9400F (6-Core 2.9 GHz), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660, 8 GB DDR4, 512 GB SSD, Intel B360, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, GL10CS
ASUS - Gaming Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-9400F (6-Core 2.9 GHz), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660, 8 GB DDR4, 512 GB SSD, Intel B360, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, GL10CS

Pros: Today I will be reviewing the ASUS Gaming Desktop. I will start with the loves then move to the likes. I really love the sleek look of this case. The front RGB does glow and change colors so I was a bit taken aback when I plugged it in. I figured that it would be a sticker at best and was pleasantly surprised at what I got. It shipped with a solid side panel that was super easy to swap out for the INCLUDED clear show panel “nice touch”. The lights inside the PC are very bright and change colors. The intel i5 2.9 GHz processor is great. I have been running my VM on this without any issues. I have also played Portal “original” on max settings without an issue. World of Warships, World of Tanks, Nintendo and Xbox emulators and some older classic games with ZERO issues. NVIDIA always has great products so with the paring of the ASUS mother board it was a one-two punch. I did not see any identifying marks on the SSD but it has performed well and I have no complaints. With the SSD the boot times are great! The system as a whole was light on bloatware. My only issue is with the McAfee antivirus and I will go into that in the cons. The memory was ok but it's easy enough to expand that I only had one stick in the PC that I got so adding a second stick would be easy down the road I feel I need to. I have saved the best for last here, I really like the built in Wi-Fi. It can't be said enough in today's machines to not include a GREAT Wi-Fi module into any pre-built PC is just unacceptable and this unit does not disappoint. Fast and strong “has extendable antennas”is all I have to say about it.

Cons: The biggest con without doubt is McAfee Antivirus, If you are trying to push performance why on earth would you use this software. It is known for bogging down systems with redundant processes, If you have gotten one of these PC’s please remove this software and replace it with one of the hundreds of other antivirus software’s out there, please. The nice thing is that this software was easy to remove. The Windows Home “kind of a con Home sucks lol” 64bit is the standard any more. I love windows, don't get me wrong, but Home does have limited features and Powershell was light out of the box I had to install several add-on's.

Overall Review: I have been very happy with this machine, I have had no issues with it. The parts seem like they are quality and having an ASUS motherboard 2 and NVIDIA Video cards 4 in two other computers I can say with experience that I love both product lines and they are built to last!

Very Nice PSU and I would buy it again.

CORSAIR RM Series RM850 CP-9020196-NA 850 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular SLI CrossFire Power Supply
CORSAIR RM Series RM850 CP-9020196-NA 850 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular SLI CrossFire Power Supply

Pros: Hello Today I will be reviewing the Corsair RM850 Power supply “PSU”. There is so much to cover here I am not sure where to start. The biggest thing for me is the components that Corsair uses. They took the time to go out and find capacitors that won’t hiss. This is that very high pitch sound that you get from a power supply when its plugged in. That is a very nice touch and the fact that they went to the trouble to do this tells you that Corsair takes pride in the products that they produce. The PUS is very quiet, and I almost never hear it. This brings me to the next part that is super cool about this PSU, it will turn off the fan if it’s not needed. This also reduces the sound footprint. The PSU is fully modular and comes with a large array of wiring options. This is nice if you’re going to be going a clear case, you have more control of cable management. The trim of the PSU is also very nice and clean looking. Once again if you have a clear case you don’t have to worry about some funky looking PSU fan cover and a mismatched fan light. I live in AZ and it’s HOT here! This PSU just keeps plugging along and never seems to care that I have the AC set to 85f. Needless to say, this PSU is a great buy and I would recommend it. I have one, I use one, and I love it

Cons: This PUS has a bite when it comes to the cost but it’s well worth it!

Overall Review: You get what you pay for right? If you pay for this you won't be disappointed

Great buy

Corsair Crystal Series 680X RGB CC-9011169-WW White Steel / Plastic High Airflow Tempered Glass ATX Smart Case
Corsair Crystal Series 680X RGB CC-9011169-WW White Steel / Plastic High Airflow Tempered Glass ATX Smart Case

Pros: Today I am going to be reviewing the Corsair 680x RGB computer case. I have the one that is white and I have to say that its sharp looking. It's a full out white not some white off gray. I got this case for my wife as she needs a new build and she absolutely loves the pop of the white. It's a full sized case so if you're looking for some small form factor this is not the case for you. If you're looking for a case that will not cramp your style when you're looking to build a new gaming unit this is the case for you. I really like the fact that the case buttons are on the top of the case and not on the face, it gives the case a more finished look It has great air flow and has more than enough room in it for a closed liquid cooling system. The glass side panel is easy to remove and makes it easy to see into the case to unsure you have no leaks or you can add some extra lights and show off your mood. This case is very modular and it was easy to do my cable management and competent setup in. I had no issue installing and managing my two large video cards and was able to match the case color to my heat sink fan color "Red" over all I am very happy with the case and would say buy it if you were on the fence. It's a great case. The RGB was not why I got this case but it really adds that extra pop to it.

Cons: The only real con to this case is the thumb screws that hold the side panels on. I am come on you can't give me a full aluminum screw that complement the case? If I had the ear of Corsair I would make sure that they add finished thumb screws to all of their cases.

Overall Review: There are not a lot of reviews on this case and I am not sure why? It's a great case for the money, its big, roomy, great air flow and RGB what more do you want from a case?

Great for the Cost

Cooler Master MasterAir MA621P RGB ThreadRipper TR4 Twin Tower CPU Air Cooler 6 CDC 2.0 Heatpipes, Aluminum Fins, Push-Pull, Dual MF120R RGB Fans RGB Lighting
Cooler Master MasterAir MA621P RGB ThreadRipper TR4 Twin Tower CPU Air Cooler 6 CDC 2.0 Heatpipes, Aluminum Fins, Push-Pull, Dual MF120R RGB Fans RGB Lighting

Pros: Hello today I will be reviewing the Cooler Master AMD CPU cooler. I would like to start with the color of the lights. I like the vibrant blue. In fact, I liked its much I have kept it blue. Settings the color of the unit is super easy and for the most part so was the installation of the heat sink. The top shroud covers the top of the pipes and gives the unit a nice finished look if you going to be using this in a “Show” case you will be just fine. If you wanted to you can add a third fan to this heat sink to make it look a bit more centered as the unit is an off-center mount. The fan you will want to get is the MasterFan 120R, this will match the other two for that really great look. The unit came with thermal past and everything you will need to get it installed but I always like to have some spare past on hand you just never know. Over all it was not hard to install, and the look really fit my personality, so I am very happy. I Know that many of you are thinking about liquid cooled systems, so I cover a bit of that in my thoughts I hope that you have found my review helpful and you will take the time to read my Cons and Thoughts. Thanks for taking the time to read my review

Cons: The biggest Con is that the heat sink sits low on the board and can limit what RAM you use. This means no high-profile Dims. You really need to install your memory first because you will not be able to install it after you have installed the heat sink. Other than that, I did not find any real issues. Install your Dims first or you won’t be able to do it afterwards!

Overall Review: Would I buy this again YES! I know that most people are going to liquid cooling and trying to find that air cooler seams to be getting harder and harder. I ran liquid cooled systems back in the day when you had reservoir and vinyl tubing. I like liquid cooling to a point. That point seams to be your first leak. My first leak only cost me a video card that I was going to replace anyway so it was not a huge loss for me. My second leak from a top name brand cost me a $400 MOBO and so I have come back to the traditional air-cooled system. Does it keep it cool? Yes, I live in Phoenix AZ and its never below 80 F in my house and I am over clocked with no issues. Hope this has helped you have a great day.
