Fantastic tech support!
Pros: I got a bad kit, had to contact team tech support. I have to say I was extremely impressed with their helpfulness, and even though I had gotten a bad kit initially I have purchased 2 additional team products (ssd’s) specifically because they went above when I had a problem.
Cons: Wish I’d have gotten a good kit
Overall Review: Customer service really tends to suck these days with most companies. Team is a huge exception and I am really happy with the service I received.
MSI Carbon Pro AC
Pros: Runs out of box with 2000 series Ryzen, Nice appearance, clean bios design. Good board for entry or mid level build with lots of features. See other thoughts.
Cons: Very limited OC functionality, voltages offer very limited control, default values on “auto” settings apply excessive voltages generating needless extra heat with very limited capability for adjustments. Seems as if MSI has disabled lots of functionality of the onboard chips.
Overall Review: AMD PSP (processor security feature similar to intel management engine) has disable option in BIOS. Unfortunately when I saved settings in bios as disable and rebooted it threw up red CPU led and locked the board up...... 5 days outside of return window. Now I’m going to have to see if support is actually helpful.
Great budget case
Pros: Very roomy, easy cable management with lots of room behind motherboard tray.
Cons: It could use a few additional USB ports on the front, and the top plug-in usb,s make me nervous as I’m afraid a cord will get pulled, or stepped on. With them vertically plugged in they won’t release from case and would likely break. May be unfounded concern but something I have thought about frequently since owning case for a month or so.
Overall Review: Really quiet happy with case overall. For 50.00 range your hard pressed to get a better deal.
