2 PORT DUAL MONITOR KVM SWITCH WITH HDMI Important Installation Steps:
- 1. Please make sure that the cable is correctly connected, you can refer to the installation connection diagram on the purchase page for connection.If conection not correct, It not work.
- 2. Frist used this kvm switch or change new monitors, When the cable is installed correctly, there is no screen, please keep pressing the first button on kvm for 10 seconds until you listen a long BEEP sound to obtained automatically adjust the signal and screen
Each computer / laptop needs 2 video connections to correspondent HDMI IN M-PC and S-PC port on the 2 port KVM switch
How to Get Dual Monitor Display :
- For HDMI KVM switch "M-PC "interface Port .You should be connect computer host (USB+HDMI) by KVM cable A (ensure keybaord /mouse and main screen display)
- For HDMI KVM switch "S-PC "interface Port .You should be connect computer host (HDMI) by single HDMI cable B (ensure extended monitor display )
Please be aware of the adapters needed for your setup before order :
- It not support DVI ,USB Type C adapters
- Avoid using adapters on both monitor and computer side for a same video flow
- Make sure to power off everything before installation, then power on the KVM switcher first, then monitors, then computers one by one. If any assistance needed, please directly reach out to our support.
- Make sure keyboard and mouse connect to keyboard and mouse interface port ,If Not work , please try on connect to HUB1/2 USB Port
- Make sure kvm cable A connect to KVM switch's M-PC interface port (Not S-PC Port ),so keyboard, mouse, USB devices will work correctly.
Note :
- It maybe not work well with multimedia & mechanical wired or wireless keyboard and mouse
