A good solid card
Pros: Nice and sturdy, the backplate isn't the most elegant but the card doesn't bend thanks to it. Quiet, runs cool and smooth, easy software installation, and provides some mighty slick graphics as well.
Cons: Yes yes, the prices are high, we all know. Still, the price inflation on this one isn't all THAT bad.
Overall Review: I can't speak for miners, but if you're a gamer and need a card that'll perform, this one can definitely come out to play.
Almost awesome
Pros: -Sound output was great!
Cons: -Sound INPUTS didn't function on mine, and I understand that this isn't a unique problem.
Overall Review: Mine had sound inputs that didn't work in any capacity, a problem that I've noticed a few other people have had,and as someone that uses a mic frequently this was a deal-breaker. However I still give it a high rating due to the high quality sound OUTPUT and the fact that StarTech was really good about trying to work through the problem with me.
The good stuff!
Pros: A good, fast hard drive. Optimized and notably faster when running programs on the drive. Definitely a good pick for people that need a drive that can keep up with them, like content creators and gamers.
Cons: A little more expensive then a WD blue of the same size, but since the WD black is a more capable drive not really a con per-se if that's what you need.
Overall Review: A good drive that can definitely keep up with you, but if you you don't need to pay the price for a drive with extra power, you're better off with the slightly cheaper WD Blue. But again, if you need a Drive that can walk the walk, a WD Black is what you want!
Works like a charm
Pros: Works great, a fine drive for the price, pretty standard setup.
Cons: It's QUITE loud when it's spinning.
Overall Review: I would recommend it for the price, if you need a good, affordable BluRay ROM drive
