New and Improved Wifi Card3/20/2020 5:38:50 PM

Pros: -Excellent wifi speeds for both 2.4ghz./5ghz. bands -The connection is strong and doesn't drop at all -Wifi antenna cables now have a plastic clip that keep the cables from coming loose on the wifi card itself (it was a problem on the previous version, now it's fixed) -This new card is 2100 sq. ft. of connection distance, the previous card was 1200 sq. ft. -It has bluetooth 5.0, so all my bluetooth devices have a stronger connection now..

Cons: -None

Overall Review: -The price is great especially since you are getting the latest version of bluetooth and the card has really nice connection distance.

Awesome card/Great Cooling2/27/2020 6:04:25 PM

Pros: -Quiet: I manually run the graphics card fans at 60% and I can't hear them over my case fans. As a rule of thumb for most graphics cards, always set a manual fan curve (use msi afterburner) to get the best temperature and noise levels. -Temperature: never went above 72 degrees C at full load (60% manual fan speed). -Overclocking: The specs on newegg say 1620mhz. for the core, but it's actually 1800 mhz auto boost. I was able to get the core up to 1950 mhz. Definitely could have gotten it higher. That's all the time I've had to overclock so far.

Cons: None

Overall Review: It has 1 x 8 pin and 1 x 6 pin PCI-E power ports, while most 2070s only have 1 x 8 pin. Hence the reason it overclocks well.

Used on over 20 Computers! Works great!11/5/2019 6:52:20 PM

Pros: -I own an IT business and have used this adapter for over 20 computers on Windows 7, 8, and 10. -Speeds work great (on 5ghz. band) -Strong connection, zero connection drops -You can use the 2 ft. cable or just plug the adapter directly into a usb port

Cons: -Only 1 adapter died out of 20, so i guess this is sort of a Con and a Pro.

Overall Review: The negative reviews either had duds, or just got damaged in shipping. I see this happen all the time when ordering hard drives, motherboards, etc. Computer parts are usually damaged due to the mailing service being rough with the packages.

Awesome GPU! Don't listen to the false review!6/4/2019 8:07:17 PM

Pros: -This card is the most quiet of the 3 RTX 2060 cards that I've personally tested (tested Zotac, Gigabyte 2 x Windforce, and this EVGA gpu). All 3 cards were tested at 75% fan speed and I couldn't hear any of them, especially this card. -This card's max temp was 80 degrees Celsius (The Gigabyte card's max temp was 87 degrees C. The Zotac's max temp was 84 C).

Cons: The entire "RTX 2060" lineup runs hot no matter which brand you get.

Best B450 motherboard hands down!11/17/2018 7:46:50 PM

Pros: I own a computer business so I build computers for a living on a daily basis. -1 x m.2 NVME (pci-e 3.0 x4) slot -1 x m.2 SATA 3 slot -4 x 4-pin fan ports (awesome fan control) -4 x ddr4 Ram slots (I've tested 3000 mhz. And 3200 mhz. Ram speeds and both are totally fine) -VERY easy to use/navigate uefi bios -The BEST vrm cooling/heatsinks of any B450 board under $100 (I've tested Gigabyte, MSI, and Asus B450 as well) -Fantastic for overclocking: (Overclocked 6 different ryzen 3 2200g processors) to 3.8ghz. at 1.3625 volts. Vrms were always under 65 C. at full load. (Overclocked 4 different Ryzen 5 2400g processors) to 3.9ghz. at 1.3925 volts. (Overclocked 2 different Ryzen 5 2600 processors)to 4.1ghz. at 1.3625 volts.

Cons: It doesn't make me breakfast in the morning

Overall Review: This motherboard really shines in every way possible.

Best B350 motherboard!1/12/2018 10:18:46 PM

Pros: -Great for overclocking. I paired this with an A8 9600 and A10 9700 cpu. Got both to overclock to 4 ghz. -great for gaming, home theatre, or business Pc's. -very easy to use Bios

Cons: -it only has 2 fan headers.

Amazing Apu for the price!12/12/2017 11:30:31 PM

Pros: -it's fantastic for 4k video/photo editing -you can play games at 1366 x 768 with pretty decent frame rates and graphics settings. I tested Skyrim and at high settings (shadows and radial blur were low, no AA, AF x4, view distance was medium) I was getting 42 fps on average. Tomb Raider 2013, I got 33 fps on average with High settings (shadows low, hair normal, no tesselation) -great for play games from 2012 and back, with decent graphical settings. - This processor IS OVERCLOCKABLE! I got it up to 4 ghz. no problem! Granted I have tried 3 different motherboard manufacturers and only Asus Prime-B350m mobotherboard would overclock. I tried MSI B350 Pro VDH and Gigabyte AB350 and neither of those motherboards would overclock the processor. -Great for home theatre

Cons: -Wish it could wash my laundry for me, oh well.

Overall Review: -Make sure you use ONLY 2400 mhz ddr4 ram. I tried using 3000 mhz ram and downclocking it 2400 mhz but the PC would crash every time. I tried this on 3 different B350 motherboards!

Fantastic Motherboard!5/23/2017 12:46:30 AM

Pros: -Easy to navigate UEFI Bios -I've used close to 30 of these exact motherboards ASRock A68M-ITX FM2+, and I've NEVER had a problem with them! -I've used this motherboard for E-sports gaming PCs/Office PCs -Overclocking the cpu is easy, and runs really stable! -Overclocking the RAM is fairly easy if you are trying to run an APU at the max performance

Cons: -Doesn't make balloon animals...

Overall Review: I would 100% recommend this motherboard!

The Exact SAME performance as a GTX 960 4gb, but for a cheaper price!11/2/2016 4:11:06 AM

Pros: Killer performance for $145! The core clock is waaaaay higher than what it says on newegg, the core clock is actually 1700 mhz.! The core tries to jump up to 1810 mhz. but this card is seriously starved for power. It has zero power connections, so it draws all its power from the PCI-E slot on the mobo. Performs EXACTLY like a just GTX 960 4gb edition. Here are some performance metrics: Far Cry Primal (All Ultra Settings, SMAA, HD Textures on): 45 FPS average! Witcher 3 (All Ultra Settings, No hairworks, Shadows High, Number of background characters High, Foliage visibility High): 42 FPS average! DOOM 2016 (All Ultra Settings, Shadows High, SMAA, AF x16): 70 FPS average! Battlefield 1 (All Ultra Settings, FXAA High, SSAO): 65 FPS average!

Cons: Wish it had a 6-pin power connection on the card so that the core could reach it's full potential of 1810 mhz. (and even more with slight overclocking). For $20 more you could buy an RX 470 4gb. which beats this card by about 25-30% (yes I have tested both cards).

Overall Review: System I used to test the card: i5 4670K (4.2 ghz.) 16gb. of G.Skill Sniper RAM 1600mhz. WD Velociraptor 1tb. Asus Z87-A motherboard

For $85, you can't beat this card!11/2/2016 3:52:02 AM

Pros: Paid $85 for this card with a mail-in rebate and it performs really well for its price bracket! Even at 60% fan speed, the card is still quiet. I'll let the performance speak for itself: Far Cry Primal All Ultra settings (except shadows are at "low"), HD Textures on, SMAA: 45 FPS average! Witcher 3 All Ultra settings, except shadows low, number of background characters low, and foliage visibility medium, no hairworks, and DOF off: 39 FPS average! DOOM 2016 All High settings (with Vulkan api enabled), except shadows low, DOF off, Occlusion off: 55 FPS average! Battlefield 1 All High settings, except AA off, AO off: 57 FPS average!

Cons: Wish it had a 6-pin power connecter on the card so that one could overclock it a bit, but it's all good. You have to change the power limit to maximum in wattman radeon settings, otherwise the core is down-clocked by 120 mhz. Just use MSI afterburner to increase the power limit if wattman doesn't work. If you leave the fan settings on "auto" the card does get pretty hot (78 degrees C.) I recommend setting the fan speed to 50-60% and it will stay in the mid 60s C.

Overall Review: System I used to test the card: i5 4670K (4.2 ghz.) 16gb. of G.Skill Sniper RAM 1600mhz. WD Velociraptor 1tb. Asus Z87-A motherboard

Awesome Performance for the Price! Get this over GTX 1050 (non-Ti)11/2/2016 3:40:26 AM

Pros: Paid $115 for this card and it packs a punch! It has a 6-pin power connector (unlike a lot of the other RX 460s which just use the power from the PCI-E on your mobo), you can overclock the card! I was able overclock the core to 1300 mhz. and the memory clock to 1800 mhz. (7200 mhz. effective). I'll let the performance speak for itself: Far Cry Primal All Ultra settings (except shadows are at "low"), HD Textures on, SMAA: 48 FPS average! Witcher 3 All Ultra settings, except shadows low, number of background characters low, and foliage visibility medium, no hairworks, and DOF off: 44 FPS average! DOOM 2016 All High settings (with Vulkan api enabled), except shadows low, DOF off, Occlusion off: 67 FPS average! Battlefield 1 All High settings, except AA off, AO off: 66 FPS average!

Cons: You have to change the power limit to maximum in wattman radeon settings, otherwise the core is down-clocked by 120 mhz. Just use MSI afterburner to increase the power limit if wattman doesn't work.

High Quality RAM for Office and Gaming computers!10/26/2016 4:41:50 PM

Pros: Performs just as good as any other ram and I've used a lot of different manufacturers (g.skill, kingston, crucial, corsair, mushkin, etc). Only $36 when i bought this ram, however the price already went up to $42 currently (10-26-2016). That is still a cheaper price than most other manufactures and Team gives you a LIFETIME WARRANTY, that's right, LIFETIME on parts AND labor! You can't beat that! Looks and feels high quality.

Cons: Doesn't make me breakfast in the morning.

It cools A LOT more than you think!10/11/2016 11:58:54 PM

Pros: Fantastic budget cpu cooler for gaming or regular computer use. I was able to overclock the A10 7860K and FX 6300 to 4.2 ghz. no problem with idle at 38 C, and load at 64 C. This is a perfect cooler for mini-ITX builds.

Cons: None.

Mushkin has the best priced SSDs!10/11/2016 11:47:15 PM

Pros: $65 for a quality SSD, wowzah! I've used Mushkin SSDs in most of my computer builds and they have never let me down. It really fast read/write speeds and even challenges the coveted Samsung SSDs.

Cons: It is a TLC SSD. However, Mushkin has gotten so good with their TLC drives, that they still have massive write thresholds before you can't write to them anymore.

Overall Review: If you want an MLC SSD, you can get the Mushkin ECO2 240gb, it usually runs around $70 to $75.

Best 8gb DDR3 RAM for Price!10/11/2016 11:41:53 PM

Pros: I'm an IT technician and I've got to say this ram works great for both gaming and regular computer uses. Good quality heatsink on the ram. Runs at the correct speed 1600 mhz. This ram is usually $33.00! You can't beat that price for 8 gb. of brand new ram! I use this ram in all my customers' computer builds.

Cons: Doesn't tuck me into bed.

Overall Review: G.Skill all the way!

Cons: None!

DON'T Believe the Haters!7/4/2016 2:27:41 AM

Pros: This is best printer I've ever had, I've used HP, Canon, Epson, etc.! Really fast printing black and white, I've clocked it a 25 to 30 pages per minute! The ink cartridges last FOREVER! I'm still using the starter cartridges, I've owned this for a few months now and the ink is still above 90% (I print about 50 to 100 pages a month). Really easy to install and replace ink! There is an easy access panel on the front of the printer on the right hand side. With most other printers I've usually had to open the whole printer to replace the ink cartridges, but this printer is so much easier. It's really easy to setup the printer so it prints wirelessly, just pop in the cd (or download the drivers from Brother's website) and you're done. Easy to print/copy normal, Legal paper, and card stock. Just open up the back of the printer and insert the legal paper or card stock and then just print! I know I keep repeating this, but this printer is SO EASY TO USE! I love it! On the front of printer on the left hand side there is a small panel you can pop open with a usb port and sd card reader port if you want to print wired or print photos.

Cons: It doesn't make me breakfast in the morning...

Overall Review: The LCD touchscreen is very intuitive and user friendly.

Awesome Small Case for Office or Gaming PC!7/4/2016 2:07:33 AM

Pros: Good Quality, DON'T believe the people that say the FRONT PANEL breaks trying to pop it on and off! If you are really rough with it I can see how you would break the panel, so just be smart with it. It has great cooling for such a small case. You can install 2 (120mm) fans on top. To install more than the cpu cooler fan and the rear case fan, you will probably need to purchase a 4-pin fan hub because most ITX motherboards will only have 2 fan ports. You can easily switch out the power supply that comes with the case for a better one.

Cons: The power supply switch has to face the front panel, so once you finish building the computer you have to pop the front panel off AGAIN in order to press the power supply switch to "on."

Overall Review: You can even install fans on the sides of the case, but you'll have to get a little creative.

Awesome Quality!7/4/2016 1:51:25 AM

Pros: Awesome quality, easy to install, and gives you four fan ports on the hub for $10! Love it, I can install so many more fans in my case and fully control the fan speeds because each port on the hub is 4-pin! Other fan hubs will be only 3-pin which DOESN'T allow you to control fan speeds.

Cons: None, except it ships from Asia, so it takes 15 to 25 days to arrive, unless you get expedited shipping.

Overall Review: If you can handle the longer wait for the shipping than grab this for sure!

Fantastic Card! Definately get this card!7/4/2016 1:43:58 AM

Pros: First off, DON'T believe anything that people say about having DRIVER issues. The drivers work flawlessly! I've bought this card for several pc builds, all have worked perfectly with zero problems. Performance wise, you can't beat this card for $335! That's $100 cheaper than when it was first released last year! It can run any game with Ultra settings at 1080p: DOOM 2016: 94 fps average (Nightmare/Ultra settings) Far Cry Primal: 80 fps average (Ultra, Shadows High) Rise of Tomb Raider: 61 fps average (Very High, Shadows Low) Crysis 3: 73 fps average (Very High) Witcher 3: 70 fps average (Ultra, No Hairworks, Foliage Visibility High) Star Wars Battlefront: 108 fps (Ultra)

Cons: Honestly, none.

Overall Review: Temperature is 32 degrees C at IDLE, and 74 degrees at FULL LOAD while gaming. I even have fans set to 50% and DON'T hear them. This card exhibits ZERO coil whine.

Best Budget GPU!8/19/2014 7:42:20 PM

Pros: Plays all modern games at MEDIUM to HIGH settings at 1080p (1920x1080) resolution! With frame rate averages of 40 to 60 fps! Crysis 3 (Medium): 46 fps Battlefield 4 (High): 45 fps Tomb Raider 2013 (Ultra, No tesselation): 53 fps Thief (High, No tesselation): 47 fps Batman Arkham Origins (Normal/High): 55 fps Sniper Elite 3 (Ultra, No tessellation): 53 fps Grid 2 (Ultra, Only CMMA): 51 fps Skyrim (Ultra w/HD texture pack installed, AF 4x): 56 fps Fan Noise: Very quite, you'll ONLY hear it if you manually turn the fan speed up to 80 to 100 %. If your case has good ventilation you shouldn't need to set the fan speed more than 60%. Temperature: Stays at 55-60 degrees Celsius at full load and about 31 degrees at idle (tested temps with Crysis 3 and Firestrike).

Cons: There really aren't any. People say that the drivers don't work, or that the gpu is loud, etc. but that is simply not true. This is an awesome gpu for the price!

Overall Review: My system specs: Rosewill Challenger Black (mid-tower, 3 case fans) AMD X4 750K 3.4 ghz. quad-core (cpu) MSI A78-ME35 FM2+ (motherboard) This GPU Kingston Hyperx Fury 2x4 gb. This is the BEST budget GPU!!!8/12/2014 10:52:17 PM

Pros: This card is awesome, don't be fooled by the other reviews! Pro: Plays all modern games (Crysis 3, Thief, Battlefield 4, Tomb Raider 2013, Batman: Arkham Origins, Skyrim, Grid 2, etc.) at 1080p (1920x1080 resolution) on medium to high settings, and even ultra settings in some games. FPS (frames per second): All games 40 to 60 fps AVERAGE! that is amazing for a budget card like this. Check out my benchmark video for proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJLjjN77aCs Heat: It stays around 55 degrees F at full load (tested temps with Crysis 3 and Firestrike) and only 31 degrees at idle. That is super low, you don't want most GPUs to go over 80 degrees F. So this gpu is way in the safe zone. Fan Noise: Very quite, honestly. You will only start to hear the fan if you turn the fan speed up to 80 or 100 %. Other Thoughts (My system specs): Rosewill Challenger Black (mid-tower) MSI A78M-E35 (motherboard) AMD Athalon X4 750 3.4 ghz. (CPU) Kingston Hyperx Fury 2x4 gb. (8 gb. total RAM) Western Digital Blue 1 tb 7200 rpm (hard drive) Corsair CX 500w modular (power supply)

Cons: Cons: None. Seriously, none.

Gigabyte R9 280x Rocks!3/9/2014 3:58:02 AM

Pros: Performance: runs any game on the highest settings at 60+ FPS. Crysis 3, Batman Arkham Origins, Skyrim, Battlefield 4, you name it! Temperature: stays very cool even under full load in intense games. If people say their card is getting hot, it's probably because their case doesn't have enough fans or good ventilation. This card is powerful, so it will get hot if you don't have good ventilation/enough case fans (I recommend 3 fans at least). Fan noise: I honestly don't know what people are talking about when they say "the fans on this card are really loud." The fans are as silent as can be. I don't hear them at all. If you turn the fan speed up to 80-100% you will kind of start to hear them, but they still aren't that loud. I keep my gpu fan speed set at stock speeds, so you really shouldn't have to turn up the fan speed anyway unless your case doesn't have good ventilation.

Cons: There really aren't any. If I HAD to choose one, then I'd just say that this gpu is really big, and when I say big I mean long. It barely fit in my case, about 1/2 an inch away from bumping up against the hard drive bay, but it's really not a big deal.

Overall Review: My system specs: Antec 900 case (4 fans) Intel i5 4670k 3.4 ghz. AMD R9 280x 3 gb. Corsair vengeance 2x4 gb (8 gb) 1600 MHz memory Asus Z87-A motherboard Corsair 750 watts WD velociraptor 500 gb hard drive 10000 rpm
