Perfect cooler for a low-power, low-noise build.
Pros: I purchased this CPU cooler to build a low-noise, low-power computer using a Core i3 CPU with a TDP of 35W. With the included low-noise fan adaptor, it runs dead quiet. The last 4 CPU coolers I've purchased were made by Noctua, and I don't plan on changing brands for future builds unless I switch to liquid cooling for a high-end, hot-running CPU (i.e., an Intel X series or AMD Threadripper).
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Note: This cooler should not be used with a CPU having a TDP in excess of 65W.
Not much better than a stock cooler.
Pros: The build quality, including an all-copper heat sink, is excellent for a box-style cooler.
Cons: The TR2TT is not appreciably better than Intel's stock cooler for Socket 478 CPUs. In summer weather, the TR2TT couldn't keep the temps of my wife's 3.4 Prescott below 73C on a consistent basis. Yesterday, I went out to a brick-and-mortar store to buy a Zalman CNPS9500A; after installing it today, the temps are down to 40C. The TR2TT was also extremely loud.
Overall Review: If you're purchasing an OEM CPU and want a cheap but well-made Socket 478 cooler that's slightly better than Intel's stock version, the TR2TT is a reasonable choice. It may be suitable for a Northwood core or a slower Prescott. But I'd recommend spending twice as much and getting something substantially more effective -- and quieter, too.
Fast flash drive
Pros: Fast flash drive. Excellent materials and great storage tech. Good capacity for pricepoint.
Overall Review: I would reccomend.
Excellent W-Fi Adapter for a Windows 7 system
Pros: This card works perfectly to add Wi-Fi to a legacy motherboard with an open PCI slot running Windows 7.
Cons: The driver on both the install disk and the TP-Link website is not designed for Windows 10, so it probably isn't supported.
Overall Review: The driver disk is of the 1/4-size variety and has drivers for a number of TP-Link products. I didn't bother with it and just downloaded the correct driver from the TP-Link website.
Great mid-priced graphics card.
Pros: MSI built a very solid card here. The cooling solution is excellent, which is the primary consideration in differentiating graphics cards at this price-point. I bought a second one for my son.
Cons: None.
Dependable memory and good value.
Pros: I purchased these memory modules to pair with an Asus ROG Maximus VIII Gene motherboard. Perfect compatibility, as guaranteed. Fair price; good value.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: None.
