Pros: When it works it has been quick and easy smooth to run.

Cons: This laptop has had screen flickering. The screen is now black but the battery and fan are running hot. Unable to power on or off (no removeable battery to hard turn off.) We have seen issues with it turning on. (sometimes you press the power on button and nothing happens).

Overall Review: This laptop isn't cheap but I have a 13year old Asus laptop that currently runs better than this laptop. I am going to reach out to customer service for help, but I have little trust that will do anything but confirm that I am in need of another no laptop... Do Not Buy.
