Question 1

The NE listing and the Dynatron Quick Reference Guide say this works with an LGA 1151.  However, the Dynatron spec sheet only indicates LGA1156.  One reviewer mentions alternate backing plates.  Does this cooler come with all the hardware to work with an LGA1151 socket?

I am using it successfully with my GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-UD5 TH LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard and Core i7 6700 CPU in my HTPC.

Does this ship with Thermal Paste included?

Thermal paste was pre-applied on mine.  Paste was thick gray-colored stuff like Intel uses on the stock coooler.  I have bought other Dynatron coolers (different model) that contained a small packet of the white paste (which I think is usually a less thermally-efffective material).

Question 3

I'm building a computer I have to ship, so I'm looking for a lightweight cooler with a more secure bracket system than the stock Intel cooler. Would this fit the bill? Thanks in advance.

This cooler weighs 500 grams, 1.1 pounds. I wouldn't call it lightweight but it's definitely lighter than most other non-OEM coolers. As far as mounting goes, it attaches very securely with 4 spring loaded screws, threaded into two adhesive backed metal brackets. I DO NOT recommend peeling the adhesive and sticking these things to the boad however. They are next to impossible to remove. Otherwise, this is a great replacement for non-overclock applications.
